Members can send enquiries directly through your listing. Some members might want to ask questions before booking or request a callback. Currently, there is no messaging system on the platform, but we plan to introduce one in the future.
How it works
A member submits an enquiry through your listing
You’ll receive the enquiry via your chosen email address, which will include:
The member’s email address
Their message
The listing they’re enquiring about
Responding to enquiries
We ask that you respond to member enquiries within 72 hours.
Members may let us know if they haven’t received a response, allowing us to:
Follow up on their behalf
Ensure everything is working as expected
