What to include in your listing and how to showcase your rental at its best.

Currently, our team builds and edits your listing for you, but soon you’ll be able to manage this yourself. A well-crafted listing helps members quickly understand what makes your escape special and increases enquiries and bookings.

Below is what you’ll provide, along with tips to help you get the most from your listing.


The basics

Rental name

This is the name members will see on the platform.

Rental type

Choose the option that best describes your rental (e.g. cottage, house, lodge).


Location

You’ll provide:

  • Rental address (not fully displayed)

  • Region and country

  • Latitude and longitude (for accurate map placement)


Arrival & capacity

Help members understand who your rental is suitable for:

  • Check-in and out time

  • Maximum number of guests

  • Number of children and infants

  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

  • Number of dogs allowed


Amenities & collections

Select from a wide range of amenities and collections to help members discover your rental more easily.


House rules

Clear house rules set expectations and help avoid issues.

You’ll confirm:

  • Parties or events allowed

  • Children welcome

  • Infants welcome

  • Pets welcome

  • Smoking allowed


Descriptions

Short description

A brief overview of your rental.

The space

Describe your layout, rooms and standout features.

Eco credentials

Highlight any sustainability features or practices.

Good to know

Anything important before booking (e.g. accessibility).

Location description

Tell members what’s nearby – walks, beaches, countryside, restaurants and attractions.

Meet the host

A short introduction about you.


Availability & pricing

This helps us display availability and guide members to book.

You’ll provide:

  • Booking link (to your website or another platform)

  • Booking policy link

  • iCal link (to sync availability)

  • Minimum and maximum nightly price


Member discount & enquiries

You’ll provide:

  • Your member discount and discount code

  • The email address for member enquiries


Photos, floorplan & virtual tour

We’ll ask you to share your images via a link or upload.

Photos

High-quality images are important, they’re the first thing members notice.

Include:

  • Exterior views

  • Bedrooms and living areas

  • Bathrooms and kitchen

  • Outdoor spaces and views

Floorplan

Provide if available — this helps members understand the layout.

Virtual tour

Optional, but highly recommended if you have one.
