Misuse of discount codes

Hosts generously offer exclusive discounts to members as a thank you for the incredible work you do. To keep these offers secure and sustainable, we ask all members to follow the guidelines below.

Who can use the discount?

- Discounts are strictly for members only

- You must be the primary guest when booking an escape

- Discount codes must not be shared with non-members, including friends or family

What counts as misuse?

Examples include:

- Sharing discount codes with non-members

- Booking on behalf of someone else using your membership

What happens if a discount is misused?

- We’ll always try to contact you first to understand what’s happened

- If misuse is confirmed, this may result in suspension or revocation of membership

- If we’re unable to reach you, membership may be revoked immediately in line with our terms

These rules help protect the integrity of the platform and ensure that hosts continue to offer meaningful discounts to our community.
