When to contact us

- A host hasn’t responded to your enquiry

- You’re experiencing a dispute with a host

- Something doesn’t feel right during the booking process

- You arrive at an escape and find it doesn’t match what was described

- Listen carefully to your concerns

- Review the situation fairly and confidentially

- Investigate where appropriate and liaise with the host if needed

While bookings are made directly with hosts, we’ll always do our best to support you and uphold our community standards.
