Note: We currently operate as a marketplace, connecting members directly with hosts. All bookings are made between you and the host, not through our platform.

We work hard to partner only with trusted, values-aligned hosts who provide safe, clean and legal escapes, but we understand that issues can occasionally arise.

While bookings are made directly with hosts, we’ll always do our best to support you and uphold our community standards.

When to contact us

  • A host hasn’t responded to your enquiry

  • You’re experiencing a dispute with a host

  • Something doesn’t feel right during the booking process

  • You arrive at an escape and find it doesn’t match what was described


What we’ll do

  1. Listen carefully to your concerns

  2. Review the situation fairly and confidentially

  3. Investigate where appropriate and liaise with the host if needed
