Keeping your membership active is simple. You can check your expiry date anytime in your My account. Before your membership ends, we’ll email you reminders and instructions on how to renew for another 2 years.
How renewal works
To renew, you’ll just need to:
1️⃣ Re-verify your eligibility (using your work email or ID, as when you joined)
2️⃣ Pay the membership fee
Once complete, you’ll continue to enjoy full access to our platform, services and support for another 2 years.
What if my membership expires?
If your membership expires before renewal, you’ll need to register again and be issued a new membership number.
