What to do if something goes wrong with a booking

We’re here to help, but it’s important to understand how bookings work during our launch phase.

How bookings work (launch phase)

During our launch phase, you book directly with the host. This means:

- Your booking, payment and any changes are handled by the host

- You agree to the host’s booking and cancellation terms

- Blue Light Escapes does not process payments or manage the booking in any way

This is outlined in our membership terms, and we always recommend reviewing a host’s booking policies before making a booking.

If something hasn’t gone to plan

If an issue arises:

1️⃣ Contact the host directly first. Most issues can be resolved quickly

2️⃣ While we can’t intervene in payments or contractual terms, we genuinely care and will support where we can. Get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to help where appropriate
