Contacting a host

Have a question about an escape or want to speak with the host? You can contact them directly from the listing page.

How to contact a host

  1. Click Contact the host on the listing page

    • A pop-up enquiry box will appear

  2. Write your message

    • You could ask a specific question (“Is the garden fully secure?”) or request a call back (“Please call me on 07712345678”)

  3. Click Send

    • You’ll see a confirmation message that your enquiry has been sent

    • The host receives your message along with the email address linked to your account

When to expect a reply

Please allow hosts up to 72 hours to respond. If you don’t hear back within that time, please let us know and we’ll happily follow up with the host for you.
