How do I delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go. Before you continue, please note:

- Account deletion is permanent and can’t be undone

- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your membership payment. If you request a refund within 14 days, we’ll delete your account

- If you delete your account more than 14 days after your membership payment, you won’t be eligible for a refund and will need to re-register and pay in full if you return

1️⃣ While logged in, click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the website

2️⃣ Select My account

3️⃣ In the side menu, click My account

4️⃣ Click Delete account

⚠️ You’ll see a warning that this action can’t be undone. Click No, cancel to keep your account

5️⃣ Click Yes, delete my account

- Your account will be permanently deleted, and you’ll be returned to the homepage. You’ll also receive a confirmation email.
