Deleting your account

How to delete your account and what to know before you do.

Before you delete your account

  • ⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and can’t be undone

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your membership payment. If you request a refund within 14 days, we’ll delete your account

  • If you delete your account more than 14 days after your membership payment, you won’t be eligible for a refund and will need to re-register and pay in full if you return

How to delete your account

  1. While logged in, click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the platform

  2. Select My account

  3. In the side menu, click My account

  4. Click Delete account

    • ⚠️ You’ll see a warning that this action can’t be undone. Click No, cancel to keep your account

  5. Click Yes, delete my account

    • Your account will be permanently deleted, and you’ll be returned to the homepage. You’ll also receive a confirmation email
