Your My account area is where you manage your details, membership and activity.
You’ll see these options in the side menu:
- My account: Update your email, change your password or delete your account
- Favourites: View and manage your saved escapes
- Enquiries: See enquiries you’ve sent to hosts
How to access your My account area
1️⃣ Make sure you’re logged in
2️⃣ Click the menu icon in the top-right corner
3️⃣ Select My account
Your membership details
You can view your membership information at any time, including:
- Membership number
- Role
- Join date
- Membership type
- Membership status
- Expiry date
Updating your name
You can’t update your name yourself just yet. Contact us, and we’ll be happy to update it for you.
Updating your role
If you change roles during your membership, you don't need to do anything. If you decide to renew, select your current role during reverification.
