How to reset your password
1️⃣ Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the website
2️⃣ Select Log in
3️⃣ Click Forgotten password
4️⃣ Enter the email address linked to your account
- This is the email you created your account with, not the email you used for verification, unless they’re the same.
- You’ll see an on-screen message confirming a reset email has been sent.
5️⃣ Check your email inbox for the reset link
- Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder.
6️⃣ Click Reset password in the email
7️⃣ Create a new secure password:
- Minimum 8 characters.
- At least one uppercase, one lowercase and one special character required.
8️⃣ Click Update password
- You’ll be taken back to the Log in screen, and you’ll also receive a confirmation email once your password has been updated.
