How to reset your password
Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the website
Select Log in
Click Forgotten password
Enter the email address linked to your account
This is the email you created your account with, not the email you used for verification, unless they’re the same
You’ll see an on-screen message confirming that a reset email has been sent
Check your email inbox for the reset link
Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder
Click Reset password in the email
Create a new secure password
Minimum 8 characters
At least one uppercase, one lowercase and one special character required
Click Update password
You’ll be taken back to the Log in screen, and you’ll also receive a confirmation email once your password has been updated
