Below is a step-by-step guide to signing up through an organisation using a unique registration code 🔢
Step 1: Choose the correct sign-up route
1️⃣ Click here to start registration
2️⃣ Click “I’m joining through an organisation”
Step 2: Verify eligibility
1️⃣ Select your service, organisation and role
2️⃣ Enter your work email
- If you don’t have one, click “I don’t have a work email” and enter your personal email.
3️⃣ Enter the organisation registration code and click “Verify my eligibility”
✅ If successful, we’ll send a 6-digit verification code to your chosen email.
❌ If the code is invalid or expired, please check with your organisation or contact us for help.
Step 3: Enter verification code
1️⃣ Check your inbox for the 6-digit code
- If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folders.
- Codes expire after 30 minutes.
- If you don’t receive a code, click “Send another one” to request another. For security reasons, you can only request a new code a limited number of times.
2️⃣ Enter (or paste) the code and click “Verify”
Step 4: Create your account
1️⃣ Enter your details
- Name, date of birth, contact number and personal email. To find out why we collect this information, click here.
2️⃣ Create a secure password
- Minimum 8 characters.
- Uppercase, lowercase and special characters required.
3️⃣ Review and accept our membership terms and privacy policy.
4️⃣ Click “Create my account”
⚠️ If you exit before this step, you’ll need to start again from step 1.
Confirmation 🎉
You’ll see a welcome screen with:
- Your membership number
- Your renewal date
