Sign up through an organisation with a code

A step-by-step guide to signing up through an organisation using a registration code.

Step 1: Choose the correct sign-up route

  1. Click here to start registration

  2. Click “I’m joining through an organisation”

Step 2: Verify eligibility

  1. Select your service, organisation and role

    • You should have received guidance from the organisation that provided you with the code on what to select here

  2. Enter your work email

    • If you don’t have one, click “I don’t have a work email” and enter your personal email

  3. Enter the organisation registration code and click “Verify my eligibility”

    • If successful 👍 we’ll send a 6-digit verification code to your chosen email

    • If the code is invalid or expired 👎 please check with your organisation or contact us for help

Step 3: Enter verification code

  1. Check your inbox for the 6-digit code

    • If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folders

    • Codes expire after 30 minutes

    • If you don’t receive a code, click “Send another one” to request another

  2. Enter (or paste) the code and click “Verify”

Note: For security reasons, you can only request a new code a limited number of times.

Step 4: Create your account

  1. Enter your details

    • Name, date of birth, contact number and personal email. To find out why we collect this information, visit our Privacy Policy.

  2. Create a secure password

    • Minimum 8 characters

    • Uppercase, lowercase and special characters required

  3. Review and accept our Membership Terms and Privacy Policy

  4. Click “Create my account”

Note: If you exit before this step, you’ll need to start again from Step 1.

Confirmation 🎉

You’ll see a welcome screen with:

  • Your membership number

  • Your renewal date

  • You’ll also receive a confirmation email
