Signing up with your work ID

Below is a step-by-step guide to signing up with your work ID 🪪

Step 1: Choose the correct sign-up route

1️⃣ Click here to start registration

2️⃣ Click “I’m joining as an individual”

Step 2: Verify eligibility

1️⃣ Select your service, organisation and role

- To view the current eligible roles, click here

- If your role or organisation isn’t listed, you may not be eligible yet. Click here for more information

- If you think this is a mistake, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review it

2️⃣ Click “I don’t have a work email / verify by ID instead”

3️⃣ Upload an accepted form of ID

- Upload a file or photo by clicking “Choose file”

- Click here to find out more about accepted ID

4️⃣ Enter your details:

- Name, date of birth, contact number and personal email. To find out why we collect this information, click here.

5️⃣ Review and accept our membership terms and privacy policy

6️⃣ Click “Verify my eligibility”

- If successful, you’ll see a screen saying your ID is under review. You’ll also receive an email confirmation.

- We usually process ID verifications within 48 hours. If we need any further information from you, we’ll be in touch.

Step 3: Eligibility decision

✅ If eligible, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Click “Complete my registration” to proceed to step 4.

❌ If not eligible, you’ll receive an email confirming this. If this happens and you believe it is a mistake, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review our decision.

Step 4: Set your password

1️⃣ Create a secure password

- Minimum 8 characters.

- Uppercase, lowercase and special characters required.

2️⃣ Click “Create my account”

Step 5: Payment

1️⃣ Enter your card details

- Find out more about payment here.

2️⃣ Add a discount code (if you have one)

⚠️ Discounts can’t be applied after payment.

3️⃣ Click “Pay”

- If you leave before completing payment, you can still log in to your account to complete it.

⚠️ Please note that after a period of inactivity, your account will be deleted.

Confirmation

You’ll see a welcome screen with:

- Your membership number

- Your renewal date

You’ll also receive a confirmation email.
