A step-by-step guide to signing up with an accepted form of ID

Step 1: Choose the correct sign-up route

  1. Click here to start registration

  2. Click "I'm joining as an individual"

Step 2: Verify eligibility

  1. Select your service, organisation and role

    • Learn more about eligible services, organisations and roles here

  2. Click "I don't have a work email / verify by ID instead"

  3. Upload an accepted form of ID

    • Upload a file or photo by clicking "Browse"

    • Must be a JPEG, PNG or PDF

    • Max size 10MB

  4. Enter your details

    • Name, date of birth, contact number and personal email. To find out why we collect this information, visit our Privacy Policy.

  5. Review and accept our Membership Terms and Privacy Policy

  6. Click "Verify my eligibility"

Note: If successful, you'll see a screen saying your ID is under review. You'll also receive an email confirmation

Step 3: Eligibility decision

We usually process ID verifications within 48 hours. If we need any further information from you, we'll be in touch.

  • If you're eligible 👍 you'll receive a confirmation email. Click "Complete my registration" to proceed to Step 4

  • If you're not eligible 👎 you'll receive an email confirming this. If this happens and you believe it is a mistake, please contact us and we'll be happy to review our decision

Step 4: Set your password

  1. Create a secure password

    • Minimum 8 characters

    • Uppercase, lowercase and special characters required

  2. Click "Create my account"

Step 5: Payment

  1. Enter your card details

    • Find out more about payment here

  2. Add a discount code (if you have one)

    • Discounts can't be applied after payment

  3. Click "Pay"

Note: If you leave before completing payment, you can still log in to your account and make payment. After a period of inactivity, your account will be deleted.

Confirmation 🎉

You'll see a welcome screen with:

  • Your membership number

  • Your renewal date

  • You'll also receive a confirmation email
