Sign up with a work email

A step-by-step guide to signing up with your work email.

Step 1: Choose the correct sign-up route

  1. Click here to start registration

  2. Click “I’m joining as an individual”


Step 2: Verify eligibility

  1. Select your service, organisation and role

    • Learn more about eligible services, organisations and roles here

  2. Enter your work email

  3. Click “Verify my eligibility”

Note: You can switch to ID verification instead by clicking “verify by ID instead”.


Step 3: Enter verification code

  1. Check your work email for the 6-digit code

    • If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folders

    • Codes expire after 30 minutes

    • If you don’t receive a code, click “Send another one” to request another

  2. Enter (or paste) the code and click “Verify”

Note: You can request a new code only a limited number of times for security reasons. If you still don’t receive a code, you can verify by ID instead.


Step 4: Create your account

  1. Enter your details

    • Name, date of birth, contact number and personal email

  2. Create a secure password

    • Minimum 8 characters

    • Uppercase, lowercase and special characters required

  3. Review and accept our Membership Terms and Privacy Policy

  4. Click “Create my account”

Note: If you exit before this step, you’ll need to start again from Step 1.


Step 5: Payment

  1. Enter your card details

    • Find out more about payment here

  2. Add a discount code (if you have one)

    • Discounts can’t be applied after payment

  3. Click “Pay”

Note: If you leave before making a payment, you can still log in to your account and make a payment. Please note that after a period of inactivity, your account will be deleted.


Confirmation 🎉

You’ll see a welcome screen with:

  • Your membership number

  • Your renewal date

  • You’ll also receive a confirmation email
