You can verify your eligibility to become a member via one of two secure routes:
- Work email (fastest)
- ID document (if you don’t have access to a work email)
Work email
If you have access to a work email, this is the quickest way to join ⚡️
- We send a 6-digit verification code to your work email
- Enter the code to instantly confirm eligibility
- Only approved organisation domains work (we whitelist them)
If your organisation is approved, your email domain will be automatically recognised.
ID document
If you don’t have access to a work email or it isn’t working, you can verify your identity using a work ID. See which forms of ID we accept here 🪪
Your data & security
When you upload your ID, we recommend redacting all information except the details requested below. Your privacy is extremely important to us. All ID documents are encrypted at rest and stored for up to 2 weeks. Once reviewed, the ID is permanently deleted. We do not retain or reuse ID documents.
What happens after you upload your ID
Once we receive your ID, we’ll review it as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours. Here are the outcomes:
✅ Approved
Your membership moves forward to payment.
👋 We need more information
If the ID is unclear or incomplete, we’ll contact you to request an alternative ID. If we’re unable to reach you, your application may be declined and you’ll need to restart the process.
😔 Declined
If the ID clearly shows you’re not eligible, your application will be declined. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us.
Common reasons applications are declined
- The name on the ID does not match your registration
- Payslip is older than 3 months
- The document doesn’t clearly show current employment
- The role or organisation is not eligible
