Guidance on verifying your eligibility via work email or ID

You can verify your eligibility in one of two ways:

  • Work email (fastest option)

  • ID document (if you don’t have access to a work email)


Work email

If you have access to a work email, this is the quickest way to join ⚡️

  • We send a 6-digit verification code to your work email

  • Enter the code to confirm eligibility instantly

Note: If your organisation is eligible, your work email domain will be automatically recognised.


ID document

If you don’t have access to a work email or it isn’t working, you can verify your identity using an accepted form of ID. See which forms of ID we accept here


Data & security

Your privacy is extremely important to us. When you upload your ID, we recommend redacting all information except the details requested.

All ID documents are encrypted and once reviewed, permanently deleted. We do not retain or reuse ID documents.


What happens after you upload your ID

Once we receive your ID, we’ll review it as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours. Here are the outcomes:

  • Approved: Your membership moves forward to payment

  • We need more information: If the ID is unclear or incomplete, we’ll contact you to request an alternative ID. If we’re unable to reach you, your registration may be declined, and you’ll need to restart the process

  • Declined: If the ID clearly shows you’re not eligible, your registration will be declined. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us


Common reasons registrations are declined

  • The name on the ID does not match your registration

  • Payslip is older than 3 months

  • The document doesn’t clearly show current employment

  • The role or organisation is not eligible
